The Lance special ability is referenced in some of the FAQs, but doesn’t currently exist in the project as it was not in the source documents I worked from. (Lance rules were published not in the main rulebook but with the Eldar army list in the Swordwind supplement.)

It’d make sense to add this alongside the other abilities, for continuity and completeness. The rules text to add is as follows:

• A Lance weapon uses a highly concentrated beam of laser energy to destroy heavily armoured targets. A Reinforced Armour unit with that is hit by a Lance weapon is not allowed to re-roll its saving throw.
