I noticed there are no rules for Nurgle. What would you think of giving them Terminator stats and points?

This project does not and will not contain that sort of army-specific information, which resides in community-maintained army list projects (such as NetEA, Epic UK and others that I’m less familiar with).

The EA Rules Revamp project contains my rewrite of the original GW-published game rules, plus various GW-published scenarios that I didn’t rewrite but compiled for convenience. It does not contain army lists — and therefore does not include unit stats, points costs or army-specific rules (aside from a few special cases that existed in the original GW publications).

The projects I mention above have some Nurgle-specific stuff in the form of Death Guard army lists, and perhaps some Chaos Cult or Daemon army lists (I’m not up to date with specifics, especially since I’ve moved away from EA and on to third edition instead). I suggest that you look at those lists, and maybe find out where the development discussions happen so you can participate if you want to.
