Strategy Rating

All armies have a Strategy Rating listed at the start of their army list. This is used to determine how many Initiative counters are used by each player and other matters of over-arching strategy.

If both armies have the same Strategy Rating, each player rolls a D6 at the start of the battle. The player who rolls highest is considered to have the higher Strategy Rating for that battle.
